Hi, I just rented it and am downloading all the files on my computer via my CD/DVD+/-RW and am supposing I wright them to my DVD+/-RWs? so far I have CDMage since it's a feebie. I just need a few kicks in the right direction. Maybe someone could even go the extra length of telling me how to play it on my PS2 without a modchip. I think you have to use something like action replay? I dunno I might just be talking out of my ass now. Thanks in advance.

P.S. I havn't been a noob to electronic stuff for a long time. I usually know what I'm doing so asking for help feels wierd. I keep picturing that CounterStrike animation in my head. lol.

PS2 games are actually pressed DVD/CD discs, they are not burned. PS2 games use the Burst Cutting Area (BCA) of the disc to identify themselves to the PS2 unit. The BCA is not part of a disc that you can burn on, it is only replicated on pressed discs.

So, the only way to play backups is to get boot-discs or a mod-chip.

BTW
That is one of the hardest games to copy thats out
right now:

Its is possible. But somewhat complicated.
