Join mpg files using Adobe Premiere

I have three mpg files and i wanna join them into one. I tried using tmpgenc to join the files but the output file had 10 minutes missing of the end. I heard that Adobe Premiere is the best program for Video Editing and luckily my friend has it. Can anyone tell me how to join those files using Premiere?
