Problem playing "Layer Cake"

I purchased the dvd "Layer Cake" but have had problems getting it to play beyond the main title page. I have had the disc replaced but this also demonstrates the same problem. The separate feature disc works fine. I have no problems with any other disc titles.

After selecting 'play movie' it returns to the presenter's title followed by the copyright notice and then back to the main title page and subsequently into this loop every time 'play movie' is selected.

I have tried another dvd player and the disc plays, however, the difference I notice is no copyright notice displayed before going to the main movie.

My dvd player is a Marantz 4200 (multi-region). Anyone know what the problem might be?
