V400 doesnt work with MPT?

[*Phone*]: v400
[*Equipment]: MPT & Cable, Windows XP computer

[**Problem**]: I install the program and the only thing that is lighted up is E-Mail & Information. Multimedia and the other stuff are [u]NOT [/u]highlighted and are not clickable. I reinstalled the MPT million of times, still same problem only worked once but not any more.

[*Check*]:
1. I have reinstalled MPT
2. I updated my MPT to 3.21 in liveupdate
3. I went to device manager and uninstalled Motorola USB Modem then pluged in the cable to install it again

try a different Drivers or MPT,,,

different mpt disk? i only got one dude i bought it and how do i try a different drivers? i tried putting cable in different slot still same thing

in the stickie threads u will find the MPT for FREE and the drivers aswell.....

ok dude i downloaded your mpt and it doesnt have v400 on the model selection so what do i do? my cd has it but yours doesnt thats why i bought it

well if u download my MPT then there is Live Update, coz i have it on my MPT... try going to Menu>Setup>Live Update....
