No DVD audio on pc from any program or drive.

I have DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter, I use them with an HP 640I writer. No problems backing up or writing DVD's. The video playback is great. The problem I'm having is that I get no audio what so ever. Doesn't matter if its an original or a back up. I've tried in both of my DVD drives and with a couple different programs that play DVD's. Nothing works. CD's still work fine either drive wondering if this is an adverse reaction by shrink and decrypter? Thanks for any future help.
