I am having problems writing ISO's to DVD and also ripping the main movie and also ripping the ISO of several dvds to my HDD. the following link will show you a picture which often pops up when i am writing ISOs to DVD and also ripping ISO's and also ripping the main movie to my HDD. Can someone please tell me what is wrong and what the image means?

Also, while ripping an ISO to my HDD, the read rate is high to start with (8,oooKB/S) but then it drops right down to 800KB/S or even 500. it then goes backup to 3000. what is happening here?
