New backup disk, no memory card data???

I decided to have a new backup copy of Smackdown vs Raw, as the old disk wasn't working properly. New disk is ok, but it doesn't load my previously saved data from the memory card at startup.

The data are still present on the mem card, it's just the game doesn't seem to load them.

Any ideas?

The source disk is the PAL version of the game both for old and new dvd...
