Is it possible to burn PS1 Game on DVD?

My ps2 cannot read most of the CD game like FF9 and so on, So If there are any possible ways to do this, please let me know....

I know how to convert PS2-CD game into PS2-DVD game, So, I have come to the idea like this..

Can it be possible?

sorry man i don't think so
FF IX has 4 discs at the end of each disc it says "change to disc (2,3,4)" so on a dvd it shouldn't even be able to ask that so there's a little problem but maybe other game can work.
How come your PS2 can't play ps1 games even coppied?
