how to install DMS4 Lite? HELP...

i just bought a DMS4 Lite for my ps2 v1-3...

i just recieved the DMS4 Lite chip,with no wires and no instructions...

what kind of wires do i need...
where can i find the bios flash
and most important...how do i install the chip,

are all the DMS4 chips (lite, pro) the same installation.

Look around man there are directions all over the net and get a soldering iron and solder and go to you local raido shack and buy some wire

Hey canania. From dms's web site, go into the forums. You should have some luck finding what you need there. The lite and pro are the same install. You'll need a 15 watt iron and steady hands. I thought that I had read that the v1 - 4's are harder to do installs on because of some of the solder points being extra small. Not sure though.

damn putting in a modchip is tough if u touch any other solder points then its down the drain that would explaing 100$ install fees (canada)

yep its tough, but if you install these things on a daily basis for 4 years its easy :)

but $100 install fees is high, I do them for $50 cad :)

I've been doing the dms4's for $45 us. Once you've done a few, you do learn some tricks which make it alot easier.
