new to burning ps2 from iso/rar files

i have a ps2 iso but it was a rar file so when i unzipped it there was alot of yellow file folders and some regular files not in folders. im sure i probably need them all so does anyone have a method for burning a game once its unzipped. maybe i dont need them all or maybe i do,i cant figure it out. i appologise if someone has already gone over this,but i havnt been able to find questions like this one yet and i have been looking

Most likely that .iso wont do you any good.
Best way is to create the .iso yourself.
And you wont run into this problem.

Post the game title and maybe
one of us can help you.
