quick question, i got a slimline ps2 and a gameshark v2 so i could play some backups, playstation one games boot just fine, on account that i have 2 bonus PSX code gameshark discs, but as far as the regular PS2 gameshark goes, every time i put it into the scph-70012, it gives me the damn crimson screen, my inital thought is that the bios has been updated, therefore does not support gs v2, can someone shed some light on this for me?

Hello Im sorry I cant answer your question but I can tell you I have the same problem with the 70012 and the v2 gameshark,I do not get a crimson screen(what ever that is) my screen is black and the disc just keeps spinning,If ANYBODY knows what Version Gameshark you can use on the 70012 Please help us
