I have been using a couple different software programs I like and after waiting all that time for something to encode I realize my computer doesnt cut the cheese...(stuttering Video, Audio of Sync) Is there a hardware DIVX option, that allows me to convert a MPEG2 file already on my computer to a DIVX file. I was looking at theis product on divx.com the Plextor PX-M402U, this seems like it only does REAL TIME ENCODING from the stream coming through one of its capture ports, if someone has this product and it lets you select it as a Codec in VDub or some other software program out there and you please get in touch with me.
