Is is possible to make an exact copy of a dvd9 ps2 game with a DL NEC drive? Without having to patch stuff and delete stuff? Just wondering if this solution would be easier for me and others not wanting to go through all the trouble of deleteing and rebuliding stuff. You see, my 3 year old LOVES his slim line ps2, and LOVES using his games for frisbees. I just don't want to end up wasting allot of dvd-r's trying to make a good copy of a game he is going to destroy in a month anyway. Just a thought.

The dms4 chip with the new toxic bios 1.3 can
run dl buckups.
Other than that you have to rip them to dvd-r.
by removing dummy flies or in some cases removing
extra content.

ahh, so only a soldered modchip will work, not a swap disc? Bummer, as the ps2 is only a few months old, I am unwilling to void that warrenty. Thanks for the quick reply.

There are a few differnt modchips.
The only ONE that can do it is DMS4.

If your "Kids" are using the backups.
You want to make it easy as possible.
Swap magic can damage the console if not done properly.
