hey there everyone. I'm practically pulling my hair out on this one. Here's the log file from DVD decrypter (I have previously burned cds and dvds with alcohol 120, but since a entire system factory restore, can not any more).

here's some extra info as well: After the 20 attempts on DVD decrypter, I recieve the following message:
