Xenosaga: How do you split the game to two DVDs

Is there a guide out there to split Xenosaga onto two DVD-Rs or a guide how to extract the movies out then downsample them and then put them back into the file?

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
