Problem with GCMWipe, please help me!

Hello
I tried to use the wipe programe on a gcm file and this is the result output:

C:\My Downloads\GCMWipe>GCMWipe s3-wario.gcm
GCMWipe version 0.7.3 (mperry@equinox.com)
Wiping garbage between files, this could take a while... done
Wiped: 1190328824 bytes (approx. 1162MB)

But when I try to find the wiped file I couldnt find it... the s3-wario.gcm file it still has 1.35GB
