i have looked arund all day and cant find a link to give me a disk check sofware, if thats what u call it. i want to read my older back ups and see if they are still good, ya know dont have any errors. i see these graphs posted on here but never find the link. can anyone post a link to provide me with a program. thaks in advance, and the tar heels suck!!!!!!!!!!

You can get the free trial version of dvdinfopro by clicking on the link. It's a very handy program.
They have a couple of tests there. Click on the icon with a disc and magnefying glass. Scan your dvd there and look for red blocks
It also has a PIE/PIF jitter test.
If you have Nero, look under speed test. I give you a couple of ways to check discs.
K-probe is also widely used.I haven't used it.Just google search for it if nobody posts a link.

I'm probably going to be on the $hit list but I was rooting for NC only because I'm a big VII fan and as you know Roy was the KU coach. My KSU cats always suck in BB although the did win the big VII championship last year in football. Kicked OU's a$$ bad.
I like frog legs. Come here saugy :)

That pif/pie scan seems to take the longest-45 mins or so. I usually walk away and do some work around the house when I use that scan. The Nero speed, and the regular dvdinfopro scan doesn't take as long. I tried messing with the kprobe but couldn't get it to scan so I got rid of it.

i mean what the phuc,y u root for nc when good ol roy left ur jayhawks for em, dont u want em to lose. i thought it was great when bucknell kicked the shit outta kansas (bill self). anyway dvdinfopro is up and running, and suprisingly i am doing exceptional with my memeorex cmc mag +r not too bad for what i hear yall say about em. the memorex cult may have just found a new member.

The hawks played way too inconsistant this year, but since my wildcats can't play bb and I live in KS, I have to root for KU. Kinda mixed feelings about the championship. If Roy would of had a championship title under his belt I probably woulda been for Illini.
Hope you come to your senses about memorex. You will eventually whether you want to or not, it's inevitable. :)

yeah i almost went to kansas state to play ball but too far away, 8 hours, from st louis. y r memorexes so bad cause u guys get coasters off the bat or cause they eventully "fade", cause mine are like 6 months old and still work fine(knock on wood).
