So I downloaded a movie tonight, (it was the first time I'd ever done that), and I just had one easy question. The audio, and every once in awhile the video, seems to stutter, especially a problem with the audio, since at times it sounds like it cuts out completely. I am using VCL Media Player, and tried converting it to an MPEG just to see if it would make any difference, but it didn't. So am I dealing with just bad luck and shitty quality, or is there a way to improve it, perhaps by the improving the bitrate or something. (I really have no idea what I'm doing, so please, feel free to talk to me like I'm an idiot.)
