how do i burn dvd that is 8.3 gig to a 4.3 gig dvd i have dvd decrypter and dvd shirinker

See the link in my signature? Go there and ues either the first guide provided there or the guide by Scubapete. Both guides use DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink.

thank you works great should i delete the extras when shrinking or just leave them on there would it give me better quilty if delete thanks agian working greay

I never copy any of the extras. Main movie only so you get the best quality possible :-)
