How should I go about converting a wmv file to something suitable for buring onto a dvd+r disc.

Hi,

You can use VSO DivXtoDVD, a free proggy that can convert most types of media to dvd-compliant files for you to burn with your desired burning app (such as Nero, CopyToDVD, etc.). Here's the link:
