Virtual Dub Error.

I have gotten to the last step that is listed there using Virtual Dub where you click start and just walk away. Everytime I click on Start I get an error message like this one: "Cannot load Sylia Scripting language (SYLIA.DLL):
The specified module could not be found"


I am assuming that this is common and that I am just too stupid to figure it out, but I need some assistance. Thank you for your help.
