Hey...I've ordered a bootleg concert on DVD from the UK on DVD on ebay. It works fine, then it starts skipping until it eventually freezes. I contacted the person I got it from and they sent another copy thinking it was just a problem with the burn. The new copy is here and it is doing the same thing. The second half of the DVD won't play at all and the skipping will start randomly during the first half.

It is PAL on a + and I'm trying to play it on my computer. I am in Canada.

Any ideas what I can try or why this is happening?
