Hey guys,
I need some help here...I have a video that has macrovision...

I need to know how to turn the macrovision protection off the advc300

dont worry this is not for illegal use...

Press and hold the UP and Down buttons simultaneously on the unit for about 10-15 seconds. This works on my unit and it should for yours, unless Canopus disabled this undocumented feature.
