Hello Ppl I have a lite-on 16x dvd burner and I'am using dvdxcopy Platinum or xpress to burn. My problem is it reads it and burns it but will not play in a dvd player. Can anybody body tell me what the problem is?

You didn't give us much to go on but the first thing that comes to mind is a possible media compatibility issue. Some older dvd players only play -R burned dvds. Some only play +R burns. The newer players usually play both (dual format). Check to see if your player can play the type blanks you are burning.

One of my burners it a LiteOn 8x - Using Ritek or Taiyo Yudens burned at 4x - no playback problems. Cheap media could be you problem - which brand are you using? Also if you're burning at 16x I would reduce that in half at least. High burning speeds can cause problems.
