DVD decryptor problem

While trying to burn Spanglish, I first used DVD decryptor to compress and encoded it with Shrink. After encoding the disc spit out and I inserted in a blank DVD media. That's about as far as it goes. It seems to freeze up in the "writing lead in" stage and doesn't burn at all. This only happens when I need to use decryptor first, other movies copy fine when I use shrink alone. Am I doing something wrong?

Are you using DVDD in File mode ( the whole disk )?

Sounds like the program does not like the blank media you are using.
Are you using the newest version of DVDD?

Sounds like blank media problem. What is the blank media you are using?
