Ive been using it and most dvd's (4 out of 5) wont work because of some kind of legal copyright issue It suggests to order the full version (im using the demo), but I dont know if it will really copy my dvds therefore I dont want to spend the money first

This kinda looks like DVD Shrink repackaged and a burn engine added:

This is from thier own site

Easy DVD Shrink allows you to make backups of your personal DVD movies. You can backup directly to your hard drive as VOB file, or burn a physical backup copy of the DVD. It offers a compression engine that can automatically fit larger (up to 9.4GB) movies onto a standard 4.7GB/Single Layer or 8.5GB/Dual Layer DVD while preserving all content. Easy DVD Shrink only works with personal DVDs, or DVDs that are not copy protected (most commercial movies are protected and cannot be copied). The trial version can perform 3 complete DVD copies.
So you still need Decrypter or AnyDVD for it to back up your originals. It really just looks like a rip off from DVD Shrink with a burn engine built in. For 40$ and then another $40 for AnyDVD I believe I would go with the much better combo of CloneDVD2 and AnyDVD fo $60...
