Using Easy Shrink when I went to copy the DVD
it said
ERROR-213 (No Medium)

Is that trying to suggest I dont have a DVD Burner?
I bought my cpu with a DVDRW.
any advice

do u have more than one rom in ur pc? and did u try playing the dvd before u attempted to open it. Also i use DVD Shrink i think its very beginner friendly.

yeah I got a DVD/CD rom and DVDRW

well r u sure that the program is set to the proper rom? and did u look into DVD Shrink? I find it to work very well. and sorry it took me so long to reply.
