Deleting preset files from V3 with MPT

I have succesfully connected my V3 to my PC using Motorola Phone Tools v3.23.

I am trying to delete the preset pictures and videos etc on the phone but can only seem to view the ones that I have added. I dont have a USB so cannot use p2kman.

Anybody know a way it can be done?
