I've ripped layer cake to my HD, then strip it with IFO Edit, but then the film misses the first chapter or two when burned to disk. If I play the vob files the beginning is there. I have been told this is due to a layer break, which i have removed with IFO Edit, but the film still starts part way in. The only way I've managed to make a working copy is to run the vobs thru womble so they are converted to mpeg 2, then reconvert to dvd with tmpgenc author. Does anyone know of another way?
