I put in my aunts gladiator and open dvd shrink.. when i hit back up it pops up that failed to read the E:\ data error (cyclic redundancy check) crap, ive tried to do it a couple of times but it wont work..any suggestions?? thank you

Try cleaning the DVD real well. Now rip the DVD using DVDDEcrypter in file mode and see if DVDD has any read errors. If it does then the scratches are too bad for it to copy. You might then borrow a copy from some else
