Some of the movies i have will freeze like part of the way through and just sit there etc..(snow white, dazed and confused). then when i try to abort the whole thing freezes and says not responding can anyone help me?

What software are you using? Also what software do you have installed? What is the brand of media you are burning to?

software is Nero using Nero express 8x speed to burn just like all the others that worked them 2 just causes way more trouble then i need.

Try slowing down your burn speed this could eleviate some problems. Do you happen to have InCD installed with your Nero?
I understood you as saying during burning :-)

No that program just causes issues and I was making sure you didn't have it installed. It's odd that it freez's only burning certain movies.. Are you burning them from the hard drive or from a DVD ROM drive?

try changing your media , memorex isnt very highly regarded by most people.Try something a bit more durable and less picky, like taiyo yuden or ritek.With the change in media you may find that you will succeed in the burn

Hi there,
The other day I saw some no name DVD-R pack of 10, and for the 1 time I saw "Made In China".
It's usualy make in Taiwan or in Japan :)
and NO I didn't buy any :)
