hd loader probs someone plz help

i d'l hd loader the other day which is wrong yes yes but when i burnt it to cd the first time it wouldn boot it jus got to the playstation logo and froze there and then i realised it had to ELF file in the bin and cue image so i got magic iso and downloaded a hd loader 2.0 ELF and added the ELF with the other files and recreated the bin and cue image i put it in my ps2 and nuthin it jus spun real fast and wouldn load up can some pplz tell me the file structure or some other method i can do
