R mod + Action Replay Problems!

Hi guys, i got a ps2 with r mod, i currently boot games with a action replay and a copy of DMC.

I cant seem to a get a few games to run, most recently:

FIFA 2005
Champions League 2006
Burnout 3
Raw vs smackdown


At first i thought maybe DMC didnt have a big enough TOC so i got GTA3, still no joy.

Has anybody else had this problem, has anybody got these games to work with this mod but using the "swap magic" disc instead?

Plz help asap,

all i know is if you visit http://www.swapmagicfix.com then any problem games are listed there. I think they all work with swap magic but i may be wrong not exactly my game taste really but i know burnout 3 works perfectly
