after ripping a dvd what do I use to compress all the files to fit on one blank dvd?

So I've used mac the ripper to extract a dvd onto my computer and made a succesful burn by randomly choosing one of the 8 or 9 files in the folder from the movie I ripped. Im wondering what I should use so when I burn the dvd using toast I can get the complete dvd including the menue and everything.
