I'm using hdl dumb to transfer games from my pc over to my PS2 but its sooooo slow. Does any1 have any ideas on how to increase the transfer speed, or if there are any other progs that are faster than 0.7 mb/s???

I think that you may have your nework settings set improperly and to be honest it shouldnt go any faster than doing a straight convert from HDA because a HD in a ps2 does not support UDMA it will/should start off at 0.7Mb/sec but it may speed up a little.

when u say HDA I assume ur talking about HD Advance rite? I'm using HD Loader....although I don't there is really any difference in ripping speed. I kno that ripping directly from the PS2 HDA software would be much faster, but I usually rebuild the isos for my games before I save them onto my harddrive. Thats why I wanna do it through the Lan. BTW, what network settings could I adjust, i'm not really sure what ur refering to
