Hi i have a problem with nero. My nero is not pirated and i have the most updated version.

The problem is everytime I drag & and drop a video file on to page it goes in but the burn dvd icon remains grey. I tried Nero Express and everytime i drag it on to the page it say "no Compatible File found". I want to burn into dvd-r. I use a brand new toshiba double layer dvd writer.

I also tried Nero Show Time it work its just 1, 15 minute episode of pimp my ride consumes half the disk when the size of the file is only 150 megabytes.

I purchased the mpeg dvd burning codec on nero.com but it still wont let me burn it!

I really need this help
