Hi there guys,

So i guess i can classify myself as a total noob to the world of ps2 modding. all my skills are in hardware. Anyways, so i have a DMS4 e.z.i pro chip installed in my version 5 ps2, with toxicOS 0.3. What i would love to do would be to transfer games over my network. What i need is someone to completely walk me through the steps to getting myself to this point. I have installed hdd explorer 1.31 and for some reason i cannot get the included to install as i get a "cannot read install script error". I just need someone to walk me through the process of getting my ps2 configured for ftp

Also, everytime i put a cd-r in my computer it begins to make a scraping sound when it spins and will not read the disk. the console works almost perfectly with my cd-rw and dvd disks, but it will not do cd-r. the console did work once when i originally flashed with toxic os, but since then its been a complete hazard. If anyone has any advice please give me some help.

thanks a lot,

gonzo_ja
