Punisher with USB Extreme

I read on another thread that somebody had The Punisher working with USB Extreme but of course can not find that thread again. Has anybody tried copying this game over to be played on the USB Extreme? I have a copy that works fine with SwapMagic 2.0 but it doesn't seem to load with USB Extreme. My Spiderman2 and X-Men Legends loads/works fine. I tried burning straight from the backup disk as well as creating an ISO and sending it over. When selecting the game from the list it seems to TRY to load from the hard drive, but then the drive just seems to give up.

Any help would be appreciated.
