hey i just got modchip in my slimps2 and then told me that then add a fan it so it cant over heat is that cool

umm, jagman...i think PimpDawg was saying that you didn't have to worry about your ps2 overheating because it won't. you don't need to add a fan unless the one in there died. it would help if you typed in a little more...structured english; everything wouldn't run together, and we'd all be able to understand each other a bit better.

don't worry too much about it. english is one of the worst languages to learn/write/speak, in my opion. it's my native language, and i've been speaking it 17 years...from experience, i'll tell you this: it blows. :) i get the message of what you're saying, Jag, but there are some english nazi's out there that will rip you a new one for typos and whatnot. if my post came off as anything more than a friendly warning, i apologize. happy posting!

yeah, i burn movies, games, and other stuff. i was running a business doing it for a while (hehe...actually, i still am), but i can't really talk about that on this forum :-P

i have an HP DVD+R/w 300n and a Sony DVD+/- R/W DRU-510A. they're both relatively older and slower burners, but they work well and get the job done.

when i first got my computer (before a total rebuild), it had the HP drive and a cd-rom. i tossed the cd-rom in a spare parts bin, and slid the Sony in. I use the HP as a dvd-rom and cd writer, and i use the Sony to read my horribly scratched discs and burn my dvd's. splitting up the work like that will allow me to get the most use out of them.

nope, i'm on dial-up. heheh...if you look around, you'll probably find several threads with me bitchin' about how i live in the sticks and am lucky to have electricity. but anywho, yeah, i resort to borrowing stuff and renting it.
