When I eject, an empty tray comes out. DVD stays in. DVD will play. I think there was a sticky substance on printed side of DVD. Any suggestions? THX

very unusual to say the least. You can take the disk drive out of the xbox quite easily. You may want to eject the drive, then unplug the xbox from the outlet (so the drive stays open) take apart the xbox (around 6 screws from memory) disconnect the drive, and try your best to get the dvd out that way.

If its under warranty, you may want to think twice before opening it up yourself.
