Modify Panasonic Q for DVDs

Does anyone know how to modify the Panasonic Q to play Region 1 DVDs? I bought a Panasonic Q but it's an unmodded version. It has rejected all my Region 1 DVDs, but it played my OC Season One and Nip/Tuck Season One DVDs and thats all it can play. I tried a lot of my other Region 1 DVDs and they ddi not play, but I thought it was wried The OC and Nip/Tuck worked becuase they say Region 1 on the back. If anyone knows or has directions on how to modify the Panasonic Q to play Region 1 DVDs let me know.
