Hi. I have XCopy Epress, how do I know which version I have, and if there is a newer version available. It's been on my XP PC for over a year, and the upgrades web site it tries to send you to can't be found (www.dvdxcopy.com/support). I can't find the box it came in either.

Sorry to be a nuisance, where is the upgrade? There's about a million things on this website! I just want to upgrade my software, which the software itself lies and tells me I can do. If I go the the website I might download something I don't want/need. Thanks

Really really sorry. I am a complete computer user non technical. I just want to know where the upgrade might be, without trawling through the complete support website. Possible? It will save both me and the tech support dept the bother of me calling them on Monday. I can justify being a lazy git at times (so can my therapists, truthfully)
