Lads can anybody help i have just updated the starview 2 the box with _H20071015_454eE_api.bin it went through the download process fine but when i tried to plug it into the mains i get 4 lines and then nothing is this the right software im here in dublin HELP PLS no body is replying on the starview thread

Some people are afraid to try anything out of there depth now i'm a housewife and if i can fix 35 odd boxes bar 1 anyone can i joined here last year and did my own sv1 and have never looked back there is always someone around to help on here no matter the time night or day and anything i know i found here (dos'ent always work but you have to try)

anto cant seem to get the freq for a few channels managed to flash the box ok but setanta golf for example cant seem to get it i must b thick

You should really stick to the Starview thread or create one of your own in future please as this is the Replay thread.

Bankie on the link i posted above its 459.000 for setanta golf try it don't know if its for your area, I'm on N*L dublin and its 307.000 for setanta golf hope it helps

If you could find a cdf for your area and downloaded it back on to box might bring back in channels

Does anyone know the difference betwen STblink6.01 and STblink5.20? We found the STblink6 somewhere else via toolbar, about to do flash, any benefits in using 6 as opposed to 5. Got the 5 downloaded 1st from here on desktop, but hadn't seen 6 until now. Only difference seems to be the colour layout??Should we proceed with the 5 or would the 6 do any harm or is it just pants? Got the cable now, been reading past posts for the past 5 hours so will do it tommorrow...just wanted to check as hadn't seen it before. Thanks yet againb
