Here is a huge list of cheats I've been compiling since the night cobra 1.0 came out. I'm just gonna post the link to maxconsole where I originally posted it cuz I don't think I can post attachments on here.
Btw...the cheats are in ntsc only, but if you need japanese or PAL cheats you can get them from mario's cheat which you'll also find on maxconsole.
Have fun:)

I've tried to burn em on DVD but what settings do i have do make?
I tried in Nero:

and no multisession.
But perhaps gulliver you can create a disc image :-)
And if you like the idea, I can upload it on my website.

Will there be another way in loading cheats soon?
Like loading them from a memory card or something?

Yeah, I'm sorry about that. I made the iso and I wanted to pad it and add it to a multi-game disc to test it out cuz the program only accepts images that are 1.5gigs. But none of the fstfix programs will pad it because it's not a GC iso. If you wanna test it out for me and make sure it works let me know. I don't have any blank dvds I can afford to waste right now and I don't wanna release it unless I know for sure it works. So let me know.

Nice work Gulliver but i found another COD collection with nearly ALL games (US, JAP, PAL) included and with a padded 1.35 GB Image included. Will test it in a few hours. You can download it at http://www.koteshi.de/gamecube :o)
But still good work Gulliver

Yeah, that's mario's cheat, they've been out for a while. I've already posted on the link to maxconsole that my cheats I compiled has more games including newer ones as well as the cheats for games such as RE that he left. There were a ton missing from his RE games.

All you have to do is add more data to the disc, but it's cool either way.
Anyway, just remember that the cheat compilation you have is missing some newer games as well as a lot of cheats for the games that are on there.

Ugh...I can't believe I'm going to explain this for the 5,000th time but here you go:
This has been gone over so many times but I'll enlighten you anyway. Not everyone uses cheats so they can easily beat games. Most people use them for their replay value. They add a lot to multiplayer and when you wanna beat a game a second time for fun. Plus, if you have like 100 backup games, you'd have to be a complete loser to actually go through all of them and beat them all without cheats. With many games I have burned, I just play for fun so I'll cheats to beat it because I don't care. But the games I really like and play for a challenge (zelda, mario, RE, etc.) I would never use cheats my first time beating them.

Nice said gulliver! ;)
The cheats really do add some more replay value than the games offer sometimes after beating it...
But before I'm gonna use any cheats on RE 4 I'm going over the extra features before using any. =)

BTW: any news on loading the cheats from MC?
Where can we ask the Viper team to add features to the upcoming
bios? Why don't the do a survey to Viper users?

You can either type them manually in the cheats menu or burn a disc with your cheats on it and load it in disc explorer. When I burned my disc I just go into Nero burning rom and drag the files over. I don't change any options. But I do know that if any relaxed restrictions are turned on such as joliet, you have to disable them. I put mine in three separate folders for organization.
Btw...for anyone that wants to give suggestions to the cobra team, they do read the stuff in these forums. I have a poll over at maxconsole. Here's the link: http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=5522
