Has anyone tried TDK DVD+R 8x Media?

I just bought TDK DVD+R 8x Media from Fry's for really cheap. I was wondering if they are just as good as Fuji and Sony? Also, what is the best DVD blank media out in the world today?

I haven't tried any of those TDK +8 because of this:

TDK DVD+R 8x (CMC MAG.E01)
TDK DVD+R 8x (RICOHJPN R02)

These are both made in taiwan and it will be hard to tell which ones you will get. The ricoh's are great,CMC MAG ? Not so great.

Not the best media out there. You have taiyo yuden and verbatim data life plus. I like the japanese maxell and sony's in the +1x-8x speed. These are all checking out as yuden000-to2 and Hitachi. Even the japanese fuji's are checking out with that same yuden code.Just look at those wrappers.
