can you help me on the error that I am getting that said that my disc is dirty or damage how can I fix that error.

On a burned disc or original disc? I would try cleaning your lens first, if that does not work then try pot tweaking your lens (can find this tutorial on Xbox-Scene) and if that does not work then you will have to get a new drive...

if you have a phillips the track may have been knocked out of place as well. Check www.xbox-scene.com for a tutorial. And if you dont want to buy an eniterly new dvd drive, you can just get the laser replacement...cheaper, but a little more work.
