I have been reading up on TOC refreshing for swap magic/flip tops... and I was wondering if there were a few good games out there that have the Highest TOC? Also, how do u check the TOC of a game? with DVD encrypter?

Just put it in your pc and and see how big the disc is. You can go to 'My Computer' and check the disc drive you put it in to see how big it is.
