weird color on burnt Taiyo DVD+R.... they also dont work..

recently I purchased 100 blank Taiyo DVD+R's.. from supermediastore.com.. the first 10 or so worked fine.. then it seemed to be every other that worked fine.. then now after so many that dont work (lots of coasters) I noticed that on the bottom of the disc I can see a small space that is different in color then the rest of the dvd.. and the ones that work dont have any discoloration.. any one else have this problem?? ... this also doesnt happen on certian movies.. it is almost all that I try to back up..

I am using dvd shrink 3.2
burning with NERO 6.6.0.1
DVD Burner - Plextor PX-716A
Blank DVD+R - Taiyo Yuden S.T 8X DVD+R (this is what it says on the sticker on the spindle case)
