The dashboard should create "E:\apps" and "E:\games".

Put the games in F...don't waste your time with the E drive. Save that space on E for Game Saves. There is usually around 4-5GB of space and a Tdata folder and UData Folder, Tdata has your controller configurations and UData has all your game saves.....Later

"What if it didn't?"
You can create the "games" and "apps" folders manually using FTP.

I tried to put the games on the f/ drive, but the xbox will not let me.
So many games, so little time.

Quote: hey guys, I was wundering if anyone in here knows if i can copy games to my e drive or if i have to put them in the f drive Of a course you can(put it on the E drive). Do you have a stock hdd in your xbox? If so, that's why you can't put it in the F partition.
It may show up when you ftp into your hdd but there's no space there because you only have a stock hdd. Like someone else said, your going to run out of space quickly because there's not much space available on a stock hdd.
