Hello

What should I do I installed the programan, and when I try to open it, it says "(100) THE REGISTRATION INFORMATION WAS REJECTED BY THE SERVER. PLEASE TRY AGAING OR CONTACT TECHNICAL SUPPORT" and there is not technical the website simple don't get open, Somebody helpe please!!!!!
